Any one have a un finished project for sale?

Thanks

Not nearly as much as they should compared to other kits

Sheldon,

Are you looking to buy or just trying to get info? Reason for the question is two fold.

I have been considering: 1. The option of getting some type of assistance in completing my kit, or 2. Possibly selling it.

An unfortunate auto accident many years ago has been slowing catching up with me and my ability to be bent over and working on the kit are to the point of needing help or do the unthinkable.

Sell it and move on to buying an already built Rebel (or something else).

I still think the Rebel is the perfect plane for my type of flying, and probably don't have many flying years left!
I have the Rebel kit with all options along with the Fife tips, a set of 1800 amphibs, and another damaged Rebel, so way more money invested than I will recoup.

Terry Dazey has a spectacular build probably about 80% done in Washington. You would struggle to find a better one. Should be in classifieds somewhere.

I have an UNSTARTED Rebel kit posted For Sale on this site and also will be renewed on Barnstormers today. Many extras on top of the basic new listing price and it’s in the US with no wait time and ready to go to new home.

Gents

Thanks for the response. I have some time on my hands, and love these planes. Anyway, there are Rebels all over the place in partial build status, that if I can get my hands on I'd consider building/Finishing.

Hi Sheldon !
I have 3 partially completed kits - all in the USA ...
You can't import any kit that has parts closed in (tail, wings ..)
as MD-RA want everything OPEN for inspection ! You could drill
out rivets on smaller parts - elevators, rudder ... much more
would be too much work, and risks damage ...

G'day from Oz - Sheldon !

I have a full set of completed ELITE Flaperons / Flaps and Ailerons ( depending how you set them up ) plus ALL the Tailfeathers finished ( Fin, Rudder, Horizontal Stabilisers and Elevators ) ALL Completed and inspected ...

Plus a set / pair of new, ELITE wings - with one wing 30% assembled

And I'm selling them all .............. at VERY Reasonable prices ......

Only R.....E....A....L problem is - that it / they are all down here - in Australia ....

Pretty sure I can arrange shipping back to 'Merica as there is a company only a few miles from us here - that imports and exports bikes, cars, boats to & from the States all the time ....

Let me know IF you're interested and I'll make some enquiries re shipping possibilities

Rick in Oz

PS ( IF you weren't aware - The ELITE wings are the same design / mounting points / dimensions as the Rebel - but with thicker leading edge skins - so the MTOW is 200lbs MORE than a Rebel as a result .... and they are interchangeable with a Rebel as well - so they can be used to replace a set of damaged Rebel wings if need be )

The tailfeathers are a bit beefier than a Rebel - and a bit "chunkier as well ( as I THINK they were meant to be interchangeable with a few other Murphy Aircraft - so as to cut down on manufacturing diversity ...... making the same components fit a few different models ........ That's how I understand it to work - anyway )

The ELITE Flaperons are METAL ( thin ) covered as opposed the the Rebels' fabric covered version ..... which some prefer as well ....
