I moved mine 3 times now on a 8 x 16 trailer
had to remove one side of the tail because it was over 9 feet wide
used 2 2x12 boards to support the tires
dont make the straps on the airframe too tight or something will bend
I used straps going to opposite sides of the trailer so if it moved one way the other strap would tighten
drove 45 mph no problems

Roger that Tom, thanks. My problem is this a/c has a nose wheel and distance between main gear, outside to outside is 8'. Hard to find an 8'wide trailer, but lots of 7'. I have thought of using2x8's to support the main gear and then tie the tail down to the deck
Can you tell me if I can take the vert stab and rudder off before the horiz stab/ and elev off
Cheers, H
