I am flying a Rebel on Lotus floats in Brazil. I may be the only one in the country with a Rebel, but with this Forum I don't feel so alone Yesterday I had a hard landing and need to do some structure work. I had ordered some rivets from Aircraft Spruce (Avex 1601-0410) but the head size is different than what I had in stock (the previous mechanic may have gotten his from Wicks?). The head on the Spruce ones are 0.21 inch and the others were 0.25 inches. Anyone know if I can get a 1/8" rivet from Spruce with a larger head size? Thanks!!

I've also gotten some from Spruce and they were the smaller head ones. Can either of you guys verify Hanson or SRI has the regular size heads?

YES both places have ALEX rivets with head size called for. Be sure to use the "RV or the 16__-" numbers. I bought the 3/16 th's stainless rivets from Mattic.
