I finally found one!

Post by dave » Mon Feb 02, 2015 6:33 pm

Hi all. Its been a couple of years searching, missed opportunities and lemons but I finally got a Rebel. Same old story previous owner lost interest and put it on ice. Super excited, already head first in and a divorce on the horizon. Then the brakes! Figuring out what the previous fella did this ball of wax?

G'day Dave .... and WELCOME !!!

We're ALL here to help each other - and we do a pretty good job of it too

It's pretty damn HARD to stuff up a Rebel .... (though - I think some have tried pretty hard at times :wtf:)

Ask away & 'somebody" will know what you need !

I'm still looking, if anyone was thinking of abandoning a project or kit.

Good luck with your build.

I have an untouched moose kit I'd sell. Also have an Osprey with 0-320 engine and prop that's about 85-90% completed for sale.

I have a damaged Rebel that I am going to eventually sell. I have most of the difficult parts to get/make for the repair. It had flown 304 hrs. sold to a 'CFI' who promply damaged it, ground loop I suspect. Powered by a Formula Power Subie engie. PM me if interested.

My moose kit is 100% complete with some extras! Engine mount, wind shield, wing tips, float attachments, bubble side glass.
I'll take 37k for it or 40k for it and the osprey with engine also I have the log books for the engine. Wing for th
Osprey appear complete.

Sorry if this is a repost - I replied via gmail but never saw it end up here.

I have a Moose quick build that I thinking about abandoning. I did work on the flaps and ailerons and a little on the tail. I also have a new (still preserved) MP14 with two alternators on a test stand. Wings have the large tanks. the number is #295

Can contact me off list at fredmessinger@gmail.com

Good time to remind everyone, that you cannot reply via email. This is a forum site, not an email list server. You must click on the link at the bottom of the email and post your replies via the web site.

Also probably a good idea to remind everyone that there is a "Classifieds" section as well. Not sure how Dave's happy post got turned into a for sale thread, but I guess I'm not a lot better at thread "creep" ! :P
