The SR to Moose mod requires that the forward wing attachment has a whole bunch of doublers thrown at it and the bolt is increased from 1/2" to 5/8". I had a perfect 1/2' and have been struggling to find a solution to upsize hole. I did a dummy run with a tapered bridge reamer and wasn't happy so I sat on it for a year. Today while discussing my dilemma to an old timer car mechanic he said follow me and presented me with the following reamers that he would use for king pin pushing.
The shaft has a tapered collet that you can use to center on second hole and reamer blades can be gradually increased in size. I haven't tried yet but see no reason why I won't have a perfect result.
Do you want this big green box to go away? Well here's how...

I wouldn't ream to final size unless you are absolutely sure that your wing attach fittings line up perfectly in line as well when wings are bolted on.

Well played, and you were wise to do a dry run and think about it until this came up!
I've used one those on the kingpin of my pickup too! I borrowed it from a nice technologist I worked with.
If I may offer some further advice, sneak up on the final size very slowly and keep measuring & checking as you go. If you're still looking sideways at it you could always spring for a fixed size .625" reamer (McMaster Carr ~$50 - $100, not sure what Rideout in Burnside would want for one). You can also get an oversized reamer at .626 if you need a bit more clearance.
Cheers,
D
