After letting my Elite kit sit for too long I am once again ready to work on it. My question, is there any chemical out there that will help ensure a good seal when putting new pro seal over old pro seal? I am prepareing to put bottom wing skin on and am a little nervous about getting a good seal.

Yes ! ProSeal suppliers have something called an "Adhesion Enhancer" ...
or some such ... It gets brushed on before adding a second layer of
ProSeal.
