Thanks for your concern, but we don't have to worry about viruses
for WinDoze - we don't run anything from Micro$haft !! ;-)
We've been running Linux since about 1993 ...
Those with Macs don't have toooo much to worry about either -
it's only a problem from those still stuck in the past, that
ever-diminishing group still running WinDoze !
Anyone can get away from all the problems by switching to Linux -
it's totally safe, free, & easy;
Just go to: http://www.knopper.net/knoppix/index-en.html
and select one of the mirror sites to download either the CD version,
or, better, the DVD version, of KNOPPIX. Burn the DVD from the
image, and set your pc to boot from the DVD drive. After booting,
you will be running KNOPPIX, a totally FREE version of Linux,
completely from the DVD - it does NOT affect, or even use, your
hard drive, and is immune to ANY changes, being on DVD or CD.
Knoppix comes complete with a full free office suite that
can read & write M$ files, as well as tons of useful free software,
even QCAD, a free CAD package ! Well over 75 % of all internet
sites are running Free Open Source Software ... they got away
from Micro$haft to avoid the grief !!
You can go back to old WinDoze anytime, just by shutting down
and removing the CD/DVD and re-starting. If you like Linux, it
is easy to install on the hard drive as a dual-boot, so you can still
boot into WinDoze anytime later, if you want to suffer ! ;-) :-)
