facing traffic at Lakeland.

Lakeland LAL 124.5
(Be sure to get the arrival procedures from :
www.sun-n-fun.org & watch for traffic !!

....... And you're at Sun 'n Fun !!

Tentative start time Mon. or Tue. - ideally arrive on Thursday
or Friday (or Saturday ..). The weather can settle in for days at
a time - don't try to push it, especially south of Zanesville.

The idea of this route is to get east of the mountains at a
low spot, as (mostly) the weather comes in from the west and follows
up the west side of the mountains. They're not very big, compared to
The Rocks, but they can generate some pretty ferocious wave turbulence !
This route has served us well for over 10 years, coming & going, although
others may have different preferences ....

It looks like Anna will not be able to come because of work
schedules, and my Rebel still isn't in the paint shop - BUT ....
we might still make it !! I am definitely planning on flying out
to BC before the Ramble, to get my amphibs installed, so that is
another possible adventure, if anyone wants to fly along !! :-)

Please drop us a note or phone (905-457-5238) if you have
any questions about the trip !

.....bobp & Anna
