- Supplements

- Melatonin tablets (300 MCG.) - Sundown, Natrol. Schiff
These act to replace natural Melatonin and help you sleep. Some people
take 1 MG. or even 3 MG. - we have found that to be too much for us. The
300 MCG. is just enough to help you sleep, if you are really tense. CAN leave
you a bit fuzzy in the morning - many different reactions, so test first,
before travelling !! ==== =====

- Stress B Vitamin tablets - ** Nutrilite 100 tablets/ $ 14.45 CDN
Mild relaxers, help the body replenish itself.

- Herbs

Siberian Ginseng & Ginkgo Biloba - for energy, improves circulation & memory.
