Ramble Planning Meeting - Sun. June 4th

Hi everybody !!

Sorry to send this notice like this, but there seems to be a
problem with the rebel-ramble@dcsol.com mail list. Hope everyone
GETS this !! Sorry if some of you get multiple copies - we hope the
mail list will be fixed soon !!

It's time for the Ramble Planning Meeting !! We'll all meet at
the RAA Clubhouse at the north end of Brampton Airport, on Sunday morning,
about 10:30, June 4th. Everyone invited !!!

Please bring along <anything> YOU have found useful for camping -
camp cots, air mattresses, tents, etc. that you can show to the rest of
us. Anna & I will bring along OUR new tent, self-inflating air mattresses,
and compact sleeping bags, as well as samples of food bars, etc.

Also, please bring a folding lawn chair if you can, as seating
might be limited. ( We <might> even have to MOVE the meeting to another
spot on the airport - look for a notice by the RAA clubhouse door !)

Introductions / Status update

Ramble Warmup Weekend - June 10th/11th at York Soaring ????

Route review - large scale maps

Photos from previous Rambles

Route review - detail, on air maps

12:30 - Lunch Break - at Wings Restaurant

1:30 - Forms - SFA & customs - samples to take home

What to bring - Suggestions for food, water, supplements,
etc.

Coffee Break - samples of food bars

What to bring - Suggestions for clothing, equipment, etc.

Show & Tell - photos, open discussion

3:00 pm - End of "official meeting"

(Possible trip for pizza & beer afterward !)
