Avionics shelf in tail - mounting AHRS unit etc

Guys,

Has anyone installed an EFIS in their Moose or Rebel? I am guessing that there needs to be a shelf or platform in the tail, level with the lateral axis of the fueslage, to install the AHRS box?

Anyone have any pics?

Hi Jason,
I installed a GRT Sport and a Dynon-D-180 in my Super Rebel. Installed the
magnetometers for each above the tailcone bulkhead door on small shelves.
My EFISs have internal AHRS and the magnetometers might be smaller than
your AHRS units. Not sure. I don't have pictures of that area, but if you're
interested, let me know and I'll get a few next trip to the airport.
