[rebel-builders] Leading edge adjustment?

Tim
I assume the spar is already riveted in place but maybe you could fashion a
tool and bend the bottom edge of the spar in or out to share the contact
area of the skin.
I don't know who has SN 807 but my SN is 802

Today we made chips! Lots of chips.
We spent the day drilling out the #40 holes in the right wing skin to #30.
Man, what a bunch of holes!
My question for the group has to do with the leading edge skin, and how if
forms around the front spar. We were pretty careful when we positioned the
front spar onto the leading edge ribs, and we have a real good, smooth,
curve as the skin breaks from the rib to the leading edge spar on the top.
On the bottom, we can see a bit of a discontinuity as the skin transitions
from the front spar to the rib.
I am thinking I can improve this by inserting a spacer, maybe 25 or 32
thou,
along the length of the spar where the skin touchs it.
Anybody run into this when building?
And any reason why I should not do such?
(besides the added weight, of course.)

R808.
By the way, I know that Charlie Eubanks has Rebel 806. Who has 807?
