[rebel-builders] Brake caliper filling

Make/Purchase a reservoir that you can fill with brake fluid then pressurize
(e.g. to maybe 10 or 15psi). Attach small (e.g. 1/8" ID) flex hose to your
reservoir, attach hose to your caliper drain fitting, loosen caliper drain
fitting and slowly fill brake w/ fluid (by turning on the fitting that
controls the release of air pressure on your fill tank). Note: Usually
requires someone inside the plane so they can tell you to turn off the
pressure when the internal (inside the plane) reservoir is approaching the
full point or you'll have a mess. Objective is to get to the point where
you don't see any air bubbles as you fill the internal (inside the plane)
reservoir. Hence, you might have to perform this operation multiple times
by draining/pouring out fluid from the internal reservoir as it fills up.
