Updated weight and balance spreadsheet

I updated my weight and balance spreadsheet with my new measurements and the
most recent information about the correct CG limits for a Moose/Super Rebel.
I also enhanced the built-in limit checking to include warnings when the
loading is close to the forward and aft limits. I uploaded it into the
software section of the archives. It's called "N744MK Weight and
Balance.xls". I also discovered that, for my plane at least, I can exceed
the forward CG limit when I'm low on fuel if I don't have some weight in the
back. See the caution note in the spreadsheet.
