US LSA specs

I have followed this since its conception and am not aware of any minimum or maximum empty weight in the regs. The only weight I am aware of is the max gross of 1320 pounds on wheels and 1430 for a water flyer. It might be a hard sell if the empty was 1150 pounds to get airworthied.
