Well I may be blind but I cannot find any of the bulletins that used to be
on the MAM site.

Maybe they were left out when the "restyled" it. I'm getting a recording at
Murphy. Does anyone have a copy of this?

Mandatory Mod for >ALL< Rebel kits... it's not written into any manuals that
I've seen.

I originated this SB yet I breezed over Craigs post "fin attachement" not
even clicking this old brain into gear as to what he was referring to.

On the top rear of the Fus-31 pie plate.. you need to make a .032 doubler.
Doesn't need to be big.. but I make it go to the tail spring bolt access
hole at minimum. The doubler needs to include a flange to double over the
existing flange on the Fus-31 and the three rivets into the rear fin spar
get upsized to RV1613's from RV1410's. On the front end of this doubler I
like to put a few brakes in it so it kinda looks like the wing stringer
material to stiffen it up a bit.

If you do find the MAM SB... DO NOT drill the relief holes that they show to
make the rear flange. These just give a place for the doubler to crack like
the original Fus-31 does if not reinforced.

Just click on the picture of the Rebel to get to the Rebel
page, then choose the item at the left side,
"Rebel: Tech Support" !!
All the bulletins are there - the one you want is titled:
" Rebel Vertical Tail Post Spar Attach May, 2000"

I certainly hope that everyone has read & applied these
bulletins .... and there are some extra tech tips on the
Home page, under "Tech Tips" ....

CRIAG: Go to the MAM website and click on Rebel then click on Rebel: Tech
Support and I believe what you are looking for is under Service Bulletins:
