R-263, still alive

Browsing recently I was very happy to find new info on the R-263
development, a hopeful baby brother for the M14. It's a solid testament to
the developers and backers at Motorstar that they've stayed with this, and
all the testing, regrouping, and engineering. It ain't darts.
I'm very hopeful that they get this worked out. Think I'll hold off on the
Lyc motor mount!
