Hi Jean

I did not make any extra holes in the vertical door post but I would
have put extra holes in the bottom carry through if I needed them.
Always in the middle of the part of course (1" from top and 1" from
bottom) I ran some of my wires forward under the roof then up through
the roof (but under the windshield) and down the front side of the door
post and straight down through the glareshield. That worked well
especially for antenna coax. Think I have a pic if you want but if you
set your windshield in place you will see what I mean.

RV1410 rivets are only good for 3/16" so some places definitely need the
longer RV1414. 1/8" carry through + .040 floor + .020 skin is still just
OK for RV1410 if that is what you are doing.

Hello!

I have use the hole (enlarge) in the bottom carrytrough for my fuel line.
My plan was to have plastic tube (3/8" O.D.) in the same area to put later
the electrical wires that goes to the tail. I am far from sure I should
make another hole in that carytrough.... Was it a good idea or not? Is
there a better place for electrical wire from tail to dash?
