Ok, this will undoubtedly end up with me being embarassed......

In my Moose Quick build kit I have this bag of parts (contents of 2)
labeled
"FUS-524 drag brace". I've done every kind of search of the PDF files in
my
online documentation that I can think of and I can't find it. The braces
look like smaller cousins to the engine mount brackets FUS340.

Anyone remember what they're for?

Thanks,
Fred

[rebel-builders] Moose FUS-524

Hi Folks (and you too, Bob Patterson),

I have a moose quick build and I'm working on the elevator horn assembly
below the cabin floor. An image can be seen here, thanks to Scott's great
site.

http://www.goflyamoose.com/Images/Contr ... les-17.jpg

According to Chapter SR3500 9.2 Fuselage Assembly - Cabin, I should have two
FUS-304s (Elevator Horns) and two MI-25s.

The kicker is that my Bill of Materials that was shipped with the kit lists
just one MI-25. (not 2 and no mention of any FUS-304s).

My question is this: What is my quickest means to resolution? Do I try to
contact MAM? Do I go through you, Bob?

The essence of the problem is that my Bill of Materials was wrong. Mind
boggling.

Thanks,
Fred

Hi Fred !

Sorry you're having a problem. We'll get it sorted out !

What does .... "and you too ...." mean ???? !!! :-)

It's possible your packing list got messed up, during changes
in the shipping dept. ... Please drop an email to Jeff, in Tech Support,
at: MurTech@murphyair.com with the details, and part numbers
that you need. We're very close to having enough Moose orders for
another production run, and it would be easy to do a few extra parts
for you with them.

I don't make up the BoM's - or do any packing ... in fact, I'm on
the other side of the country !! :-)
What I do is look after SALES for NEW KITS, only !

Anyone out there knows somebody looking for a Moose, please
send them along - I need 3 more !! :-)
