For some of you wanting to use a Subaru for your Rebels this might be
worth checking out. Last summer I saw the LS-1 Chevy run-up and I must
say Buds' product is worth looking in to.

Bud Warren is a darn good machinist! He has a no nonsense approach to
his design and it works!

Dear Auto Engine Enthusiasts:

Between projects and waiting on part -back-ordered this winter, Bud has
done what many have asked for: built a psru for Subaru! It is smalled
than Egg's version and is of straight cut spur construction just like
our original redrive, It has it's own oil reservoir, pump and filtration
system, and utilizes the centrifufal clutch for resolution of harmonic
vibrations. BEST OF ALL...you can now use a constant speed prop on your
airplane because just like the original Geared Drive, this version for
Subaru also has a built in drive port for your prop governor! And,
there are not prop restrictions...use any prop you wish.

The prototype is currently being tested and it is exceeding all
expectations! We have a video hosted on Youtube and you can see it by

Frankenstein, the test engine, is a 350 Chevrolet and we are running it
hard for testing. Please note that the redrive is mounted for test
purposes on the back half of the original redrive case with original
clutch assembly. The production models will be mounted on a plate (as
Egg's are) with the smaller clutch and flywheel assembly.
