[rebel-builders] RE: SR / Moose wing tip mod service bulletin

Thanks very much for the feedback Ted. I thought someone must
have had the same thoughts about it that I did. Should make the wing
job a little simpler. Now I only have to face removal of the elevator
to perform the tall plane mod as well.
