The Champion CH-48XXX-1 series are a bit shorter than the original
without the -1 number

Subject: [rebel-builders] Straight Oil Filter Adapter

Know this subject has been beaten to death in the past but is there a
new stubby oil filter out that will clear the firewall with the Lyc
straight adapter on an 0-320? Subject came up from a builder friend of
mine who was advised by MAM that there is one available. If so from whom
and the part number if know would be appreciated. Thanks to those that
respond.

Hi I gave you the wrong onfo yesterday regarding the oil filter for the
0-320
I am using a KN Filter HP-1002. You can get it at Canadian Tire.
Google it and have a read.
It is really stubby and space saving

good luck

cheers
