The strut takes the load.
Installing two bolts will actually weaken the structure, promote fatigue
cracking, etc. The bulkhead strength is for one bolt only. Highly
recommend you follow the manual for this.

I'm a drilling the forward attach fitting to the bulkhead and the manual shows only one attach bolt. I don't want to fold my horizontal stabs, so can I install two bolts in the forward fitting? or is it really needed?
