Hi all:
Does anyone out there have any experience with the gun drilled spring gear legs from mam?
I have set and was wondering if there was any problems with them or are they OK?
Thanks

I have them on my Elite (under construction) and would do it again. You just need to carefully plan where the brake lines exit the fuselage to the top of the leg. I used braided lines with bulkhead fittings through the floor and it took some planning to have enough clearance to thread the AN fittings into the legs. Sure looks neater, and less to snag without lines down the legs.

Keith, I mostly did it for esthetics with a reduced chance of snagging brake lines on obstructions. Unfortunately, the drilling has to be done prior to bending the legs.
