Recently I think Bob tossed out a question something along the lines of
'what would make the Rebels sell better?' ...hope I've not made that up,
but two things keep coming to my head on the subject.

One, I'm still working on the #$%#@ floor channels (forward cabin) and
admittedly I've had interruptions ....and am almost done. I keep thinking
of the Discovery Channel show "How It's Made", marveling with envy over the
mass production methods for some of their feature items, and I wonder if
they were to do a show on "How Not to make it", the floor channels could be
their debut.

I don't mean to hit this too whiny; I know the numbers aren't there to
improve this much. But ...someday... wouldn't it be nice if this build
section was streamlined. One possibility would be to have instructions for
making wood spacers that would jig all the L tabs and allow for them to be
installed to the bulkheads (or at least holes drilled) while the bulkheads
were still flat on the table. There's a lot of time sunk into getting the
tabs and channels vertical, let alone measuring width placement, not to
mention that the channel holes could/should be prepunched into the skins,
-- hey, even prepunch the tabs ....not to mention one is leaning into the
cabin a bit awkwardly to get to the floor area behind seats.

OK, that sounded farfetched maybe. So number 2 idea is easier: Point them
to stuff like this and even I can do 20k rivets....
