[rebel-builders] R Fuselage interr floor
Posted: Sun Feb 19, 2012 4:52 pm
Charlie, Ted Waltman and my self are going to try to use the tie down
rings from the lift struts of Cessna 182's. They are spring loaded to
be out of the way when not in use. Also am thinking of using them for
the seat belt attachment. That way they will be out of the way if seats
are removed and a load of cargo is loaded. We have cleaned out the
local salvage yard in Sacramento, but it is a good source for some of
the hardware that you need and a lot less expensive than retail from
aviation suppliers.

Hello Group
Finally got the inter-floor and corner raps of the rear fuselage all
fabricated and ready to rivet. I would like to install a few tie down
rings
and was wondering what kind you would recommend and where I can get
them? I
would appreciate any help or suggestions.
