Hello!

Just putting the finnishing touches on the inner floor. I don't plan on
riveting since I might need access later for wiring or FAA inspection.

While I was placing the rolled corners I found that the inner flange of the
bulkhead corners were much narrower than the straight parts. Except for one
odd wide flange, there is not enough room for 1/8" rivets there. I was
thinking of smaller rivets or not doing them at all.

Also I messed up during the overlap where one rolled corner ends and the
other
begins. I wanted to rivet the two pieces to these skinny bulkhead corners,
but
somehow botched aligning the holes. So I elected to extend the overlap a
little and make a second row of rivets that fastens only the rolled corners
themselves without being secured to the bulkhead. I figured this would be
okay
since it's not bearing much of a load.

Comments?

Thanks,
Dan
