Paint overspray

There is another plane at my airfield that has some overspray on its
windscreen (I swear I did not do it). So since everyone here is
knowledgeable
and some may have encountered this problem before, I ask for recommendations
as to the best way to get it off. It seems to be just barely (maybe a tad
more than just barely) of the outside. One can take a fingernail and scrape
the windshield in a small area and get most of it (or all) off. So does
anyone know of a product or method to get overspray on windshields and
other surfaces off.

I am sure that there is a need for this answer. In fact I might need it as I
Am in the process of painting Rebel 242 at the current time.

Appreciate any and all replies.

Thanking you in advance for your assistance.
