I did.

They came out of Cessna gas caps per an AD note in the 80's. It is
intended to be a back-up to the vent line that hangs down at the lift
strut on most singles. In the 4 photos I posted you will see an
additional 1/4" line which ends very near to the mushroom vent in the
view of inside the tank.

Who uploaded the picture of the "Cessna style mushroom
fuel vent" to the Mosse pics? I was wondering what
exactly is this? Is it a vertical, stand-alone fuel
tank vent mounted on top of the wing?
