The Murphy Builders Site

Bob,

I gave MAM my home address, my PO box address, my work email and my home
email address when I purchased my kit. Almost a year later, the only
correspondence I have received from MAM is when they thought the wing
spar material might not be thick enough. I have never received
notification, except here, on Wayne's service bulletin and I didn't know
they had a quarterly newsletter.

They have also started a policy of posting ALL new

construction
bulletins to the support section of the web page as soon as they are
prepared. They would like to email, and try to mail, BUT they DO
need your current address ....

Please - if you have moved, or purchased a kit from another
builder - PLEASE send your snail mail AND email address to Murphy,
so they can keep their records updated. You would not believe HOW
MANY of the quarterly newsletters come back 'address unknown' !!

Sorry, it looks like you are one of several who have 'fallen
thru the cracks' ....

I suggest you send all that info in an EMAIL to tech support,
asking them to check that you DO get added to the mailing list,
particularly for bulletins .... (murtech@murphyair.com)

Sorry you were missed - they ARE trying to get things
straightened up ...
