[rebel-builders] Moose vortex generators

Al Paxhia has VGs on his Moose, so he could tell you more about what they do
for him with that plane. He used to be on this list. Since the Rebel and
Moose/SR have the same airfoil, can't see why you can't use the same VGs as
the Rebel.

I had VG's on my old Moose and will have them (very soon) on my 2nd Moose.
I had VG's on a Maule and thought they made a big difference. I'm not
convinced they made all that much difference on my Moose. I got them from
Pacific NW Aero (which is a great company BTW).
