The Murphy Builders Site

Congratulations go out to Andrew Dipippo on the completion of his Rebel
and its first flight. This has been a four year project that included the
construction of a set of 1800 amphibs. I was the one that got the best part
of the deal taking her up for the first time on April 28th for a flight cut short
buy a comm glitch I could hear but not transmit (something in the intercom
itself) on a very busy sunday at Carp airport which sits below Ottawa's TCA
so it was better to land. I had it up again this weekend for just under an
hour flies straight ball centered just needed more up elevator trim. We will
put another five hours on the new engine then take it to the water. I have
uploaded some pictures to rebel 22
