float reinforcement

Ken:
During your visit to Grand Rapids MN last summer, I noted
the reinforcement that you had installed at the rear pickup
points on your aircraft. Would you please tell me what
thickness the material is, and is it 6061T6?
Also because of the compound curve I am guessing that
you split them?
And finally what size did you make them, above, and below
the pickup point and side to side.
