[rebel-builders] Elite Fuselage

Hi Roger

Seems an awful long time ago now, but I think the answer is yes... I'm sure
I had to do that as well !!

I'll look up my build book later and see if there's any notes I scribbled
down at the time.

The more I think about it the more sure I am that there is a row of holes
missing and you need to drill your own.

Just finished the second wing here ... waiting for the weather to get a bit
warmer now to get it primed.

Almost 3 years ago Mike Betti asked the following question which
didn't get an answer:
I'm installing the lower bulkheads on
the main floor skin in the cabin area 3-9. No.7 doesn't have any holes
prepunched in the skin to go by, that area only has 2 holes for the
Trike option. Do I have to put my own row of hole there?
I have the same question.

For Elite builders, Mike asked and got great answers to almost all of his
questions. He blazed a great trail for us Elite builders with the help
of this list.

The answer to your question is, yes, you do need to drill a similar row
of holes in the bottom skin and through bulkhead #7 just like #6 and #8
on either side if you are putting your Elite on conventional gear (not
trike).

You can save time by transferring the line of holes from the floor doublers,
either FUS-430 or FUS-428. They have the same hole pattern as the other
bottom skin bulkhead rivet lines.
