Almost 3 years ago Mike Betti asked the following question which
didn't get an answer:

I'm installing the lower bulkheads on
the main floor skin in the cabin area 3-9. No.7 doesn't have any holes
prepunched in the skin to go by, that area only has 2 holes for the
Trike option. Do I have to put my own row of hole there?

I have the same question.
