What is the bottom line cost to build a rebel kit including floats with the
lycoming 320 engine....

just want to know a ball park estimate to go ahead with a real dream or not
!

I purchased a nearly complete Rebel with all VFR insturements,
gauges, and moter mount for $ 21,000, a mid time 0-320
160 hp for $8,200, a pair of used Chez 1900 floats for
$7,000. I expect to complete the aircraft for under $40,000
However, I am willing to except a used engine (from a
knowen source) as well as used floats.
If I were to purchase these two items new I would expect
my cost to be $25,000 more.
