[rebel-builders] stringer orientation + torque tube

DO NOT HIT SEND BEFORE TYPING THE MESSAGE! SORRY....

I figured out that I should be able to use the stringers on the left
wing(inside+correct orientation) though, right?. My Inspector threatned me
with a wing load test if I don't stick to the manual!

Another question: the torque tube moves still quite "stiff" - how free does
free moving as stated in the manual mean? Is there a trick how to sand
delrin easily?

different on the leading edge skin.
