CC76 flap control arm

Although I've not seen one done like this, the new (1999) manual seems
to reverse the mounting of the aileron mixer bellcrank and the flap
cable so that the bellcrank is now aft of the flap cable on the CC76.
This moves the forward vertical push tube aft so that it doesn't block
the doorway as much. It would also slightly increase the movement of the
flap handle.
The manual now also specifies the mounting of the non-symmetrical
aileron mixer bellcrank. The distance between the lower push tube hole
and the side holes is different. Apparently the greater distance should
be on the forward side. (opposite to my guess, of course)
