[rebel-builders] Flap deflection

I'm filling out the paperwork for the C of A and they have a box that asks
for flap deflection. Being new at this, I'm not sure what it is exactly -
and don't have the books in front of me.

Any help of this is appreciated - I'm sure someone knows - although some
say you don't have to use any flaps with the Rebel!!!!!!
