[rebel-builders] Moose: holes for rudder cables in rear fuselage?

Jack the mount is basically the same size as the original mount the cables
use the same holes originally put there by MAM. When the cables are install
as per the manual, they will go up hill slightly when exiting the fuselage
the hole isn't exactly horizontal. The forward cable I ran on the same angle
as the fuselage and when I got to where it change angle and went level I put
a set of pulleys in to make the change... Dale
