[rebel-builders] Rebel- floor bulkhead C cutouts?

Hi Ben !

You might want to add a couple of extra vertical channels in
that section that is fastened to FUS-26 (the panel under the door).
As Ken said, most now replace that panel with .032 or .040 ...
it does flex, especially on floats.

The door sills are usually replaced with the thicker ST-28
material too - this is an "Ontario mod" ... greatly strengthens
the whole sandwich. Many folks have had their lighter sills
dented ...

The surplus ST-31's are used under the rear baggage
floor, and on the panel under the doors .... anywhere you
want to add some stiffness.

I'm putting on the ST-31 angle brackets that tie the door sills to the
floor bulkhead uprights. I'm wondering whether to also tie in short
doublers at the C cutouts of the uprights. Seems like not doing so is
concentrating strain in the small remaining areas next to the cutouts. Any
reason I should not cover those cutouts? (Hard to imagine I'd want to use
them as wire or hose runs.)
