Finally started Rebel 207 today! Unfortunately I already have a challenge.
I just posted a pic to the files under Rflaperons with a description of the
problem.



It seems the top flange of the leading edge ribs is taller than the spar
flange. I do have it as the instructions say. Anyone who views the photo
that has the answer, please write back or if you have cheap cell service,
call me at 907-355-6290. Or if you dare, you can send your number and I'll

The nose ribs will sit a little proud of the upper spare flange do to the taper
of the aileron itself. You do have a minor problem though as your bottom
flange is not sitting flat on your bench. Before you drill your ribs make sure
your bend the bottom flange of the rib so it is 90 degrees to the side of the
rib then you will be good to go
