floats sealing

Wayne,
Is the grey stuff on FOKM's floats proseal? Either way, what is a
useable solvent to get some of it off - especially at the horizontal
strut/float junctions?
What is the type number of the AVEX rivets for tanks/floats - I think
they do not open on the shop side as much as ordinary rivets.

PS - I got the yellow things off with about 1 1/2 days of work. Incredible.
