[rebel-builders] O-360: keeping the front connected to the back

If there is concern I wonder if it would be a good idea to use a 3 blade
prop? Smaller pulses of air and they wouldn't hit both sides of the
horizontal stab simultaneously like with a 2 blade.

I also wonder if the concern is the amount of power and weight or just
going too fast and whether Vne is calculated, guessed, or tested for in
some way on a Rebel?

I forget what I think you mentioned quite a while back...what altitude is
it you are hoping for the the bigger engine? I've got alpine lake interest
too living next to the Sierras, but have supposed I probably have to just
forget about it up there.

WRT tail strength, that Fus-30 doubler has got to help as it it ties into
the rear channel of the vertical stabilizer, so although it is required for
the side loads from the tail wheel on rough ground, it's benefits probably
go further in keeping the vertical stab on with a bigger prop wash. I also
thought when doing my tail section that it wouldn't be hard to add another
1/2 circle piece where the front of the vertical stab ties in with those 9
3/8 rivets.

...not to imply this is engineering.
