Further to the earlier thread on this commercial operation, I have
completed the transaction with these guys and am less than impressed. In
detail, the VSI was priced at $113US and shipping was $11.07C. The bill
was $158.75 and there was no separate invoice or breakout. I have been
unable to elicit a response from them on my protest of their
charges(approx $30 over agreed). Their fax does not answer and during
the exercise, they denied having received my emails sent to their
published address.
I am considering talking to VISA about these guys and wonder if anyone
else has ever done a disciplinary exercise on a web provider in this manner?
