Bob, I put an access panel in the middle bay of the tank on the bottom
skin. I have a 3D image and a full scale pattern at my site
(http://home.pacifier.com/~hibbs/). If you like the pattern, print it
out full size (confirm that the dimensions scale full size on your
printer) and use it as a template for the hole patterns.
