[rebel-builders] Moose: manual updates on the tech support page

BUT...please note that the wing strut document has at least two errors in
it....
3/4" reamed hole is an AN12 bolt not the AN10 it states or visa vesa. AN10
would be 5/8 holes. I haven't worked on the Moose in so long I can't
remember what real bolt size it was at.
Lower down it states for another 1/2" ream and an AN10 bolt...not correct
either in one way or another..hole or bolt size wrong.
