If all goes well and I'm happy with my final build job, the plan is to fly
across the Pacific from Australia to the USA.
I'm exploring all possibilities and have plumbed a ferry tank inlet from the
cabin already. The problem is that this will put me way out of C of G if
I put the 250 gal in the cabin. So I'm looking for other places closer to
the C of G for fuel. Also looking at fuel tank seats and belly tank/drop
tanks etc.
And yes Mike I've set up an oil tank top up system into the cabin with an
electronic level check in the oil tank so this means more weight in the
cabin for the reserve oil.
This is the first time I've posted on this list and I really appreciate all
the input.
thanks
