Hello Bob

I wish to be one of your stop! I could supply a grass strip (2200'),
overnight facilities with hot shower, kitchen and everything you need. I
can also organise a visit of Quebec City (30 minutes drive). So the Ramble
Gang would be treat as VIP... Let me know... I will be honoured by that!

I was thinking about stopping at St. Raymond de Portneuf,
the Quebec Gliding Club, as we have before, because the local car rental
place was very helpful, coming to pick us up & returning us
to the airport - and the local motel (Motel de la Colline - previously)
was reasonable in price & decor ....

Visiting you instead is definitely a possibility - we can
certainly have a look -- i understand you are very close !
Is there a motel & car rental nearby ?? We never know
how many people we'll have, it could be 8, or 28 ...
It's a long time 'til next July - lots of time for planning ....

Thank you for the offer - we'll definitely see you Rambling !

Hello Bob

They are now at least 3-4 local rental. I will be able to manage the best
deal and if they do not bring the car on the spot, I will drive the
"locators" to them... There are motel also at St-Basile with probably
better rate... lest tourism. We also have at St-Basile "Le centre Nature"
who can be rent for very cheap. A superb spot 300 yards from St-Basile
"downtown". Anyway, I will assit you on your choice!

Sounds better by the minute !! Is the airport called
"St-Basile" , and what is the ident code ??? Will look it up
on my old maps, and CFS ....

Is there camping at "Le Centre Nature" ?? There might
be a few Ramblers who want to camp, maybe for a few days,
anyway ...

Maybe we should move this discussion to:

Hey Bob

Enjoyed the 07 Ramble BIG TIME and to all out there who might be a bit
hesitant: Try IT! you will love it.

Working away here with Bob J who really has the whole project zinging along
and with a bit of luck I will have
CG FCA (yep reserved the registration) airborne by then and it will be look
out Quebec City here we come-- and maybe with a guide--Bon Jour Jean!!
