Hi Garry

FL32-2 is the spray rail which goes forward from the step.
FL105 is the Forward spray rail which goes rearward from the bow/

My floats are through the repair cycle and coming back in September(they
are done but awaiting insurance payout). The original spray rails have
been superceded by a vertical rail at the front and much shorter (about
4 feet) spray rails from the step forward for the sides. Daryl commented
when the ramblers were at the factory that he strongly recommends the
side spray rails for getting off the water as quickly as possible. Those
rear spray rails are not yet installed.

In any event, I need to know what thickness the side spray rails are
intended to be. I have one piece of spray rail(?) that is only 0.030
thick and marked FL32-2. I don't have any of the books for these floats
so am not sure what this part is for. I also have some 0.040 aluminum
marked FL-105 which I cannot identify. Can anyone help me out here please?

Thanks Ken. I guess it wouldn't hurt to make up the FL32-2 sets from the
material for the FL105. Its a little heavier but being a bit stiffer
wouldn't hurt it much, especially with the beating it takes around docks.
